Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation. Processing occurs Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days across India, depending on the delivery pin code. Remote locations may require a few extra days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination. We often provide free shipping on orders above a certain threshold.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your package.

Important Shipping Information
  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address including pin code and a working mobile number. We will not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect address details.
  • In case the courier company fails to deliver the order due to customer unavailability, they will attempt delivery a maximum of three times before returning the package to our warehouse.
  • If you notice that the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately contact our customer support team.
